Breaking Into Hollywood

Have you WRITTEN A SCRIPT and want to take it to the next step? Are you an aspiring ACTOR trying to get your name out? Are you into filmmaking and want hands on experience? Then you've come to the right place.

By following my blogs:
  1. You will learn everything you need to know about filmmaking: writing, acting, producing/production, directing, marketing, distribution, festivals, making real money, and much more.
  2. You will learn about the opportunities available to you, and how you can get into the film industry. I will REVEAL SECRETS I've learned through film school, books, and hands on experience.
First of all, we all know that breaking into the film world is difficult and requires hard work. If you don't have enough connections or resources, chances are, you won't get very far. You may hit a road block and decide to quit. That doesn't have to be the case.

To help others using my experiences, a group of filmmakers and I are starting up an independent production company to help people get their name and projects out. Our goal is to give people a chance to make something out of themselves.

Basically what we'll start to do is:

  • Post up information on existing projects we're working on
  • Hold auditions and cast for available roles
  • Recruit crew members
  • Give writers the opportunity to submit their work for consideration
  • We'll even fund the film projects
  • We'll help produce and provide equipment for production
  • And to top it all off, you'll NEVER be charged a dime
  • And to make things more interesting, we'll be giving away cash and prizes every week so be ready for our first cash prize giveaway
We're even starting a youtube channel to give you guys a behind-the-scenes look at what we do when the cameras aren't rolling.

Being an independent company, we'll specialize in producing low-budget films. And since we're a new group, you DO NOT have to worry about your scripts or resumes being buried in a pile of thousands of other scripts and resumes.

As a start, our company has two low-budget, feature-film projects pending for production. We'll post up more information soon, and we'll be looking for cast and crew members so be ready for that.

If you have any questions/concerns, feel free to leave a comment below, and I will be happy to answer them. Also, leave comments about topics you want me to cover as well.

In my next blog, I will mainly do two things:
  1. Demystify Hollywood
  2. Explain how you can get your project started and/or be part of an existing project
And remember, we can't help you unless you take the initiative to do something about your future.
